Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. With high-demand items, your order may be back-ordered or delayed. You will be notified if there are anticipated delays.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping: We offer a $15 flat rate to addresses within the continental United States.

Threshold Shipping: Orders over $50 receive free shipping to addresses within the continental United States.

International Shipping Rates will be calculated based on shipping address and country.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don’t hesitate to contact us at orders@ex-cr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
