RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50. Any order under that threshold will be charged a $9.95 shipping fee. 

During the Thanksgiving Week Sale, all sales are FINAL and only returns for store credit are accepted. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@ex-cr.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@ex-cr.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2850 Tanager Ave, Commerce, CA 90040
