RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100. Any order under that threshold will be charged a $9.95 shipping fee. We also offer 2-Day Shipping for $25 and Overnight Shipping for $50. *Note that orders placed after 12 pm PT on Fridays and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@ex-cr.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
We accept returns or exchanges on items purchased within 30 days and unworn with tags. Any item that is in the sale section, marked down, or noted as "FINAL SALE" in the description is not eligible to be returned for a refund and can only be exchanged. To start a return, enter the return portal here or you can contact us at orders@ex-cr.com. All returns are subject to a $5 shipping and handling fee. There are no associated fees with an exchange.
Digital gift cards will not be accepted for a refund.
